- By registering for a running event, you acknowledge that distance running involves physical risks.
- You certify that you are physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
- MyEventPass is not liable for any injury, health issue, or fatality occurring during an event listed on our platform.
Limitation of Liability
MyEventPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or for the conduct of any third-party event organizer.
