This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests for running events and marathons registered through our website. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Policy:
Non-Refundable Entries as is standard in the racing industry; all registrations are final and non-refundable. Once you register for a race, resources are immediately allocated for your participation, including:
- Ordering of finisher medals and trophies.
- Printing of personalized BIB numbers.
- Logistics and venue permit based on participant count. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for "no-shows," personal scheduling conflicts, or minor injuries.
Exceptions & Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only considered in the following rare technical or administrative scenarios:
- Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same registration due to a technical glitch.
- Failed Generation: If the payment was successful, but the system failed to generate your BIB or registration confirmation.
- Overbooking: If the event reached capacity and your registration was accepted in error.
Event Changes & Cancellations
- Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizers, participants will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to a future date.
- Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled to a new date, you will have the option to either attend on the new date or request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In these cases, we will strive to offer a deferral rather than a cash refund.
How to Request a Refund
Eligible requests must be sent to support@myeventpass.com with your Order ID and Full Name. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
